ECEC sector staff are so busy that employee recognition is often put on the back burner. There are some compelling reasons to focus attention on employee recognition.

All staff working with children in a licensed child care facility must be classified. There are four levels of Classification:

Kismet Lowrie, Manager
Ashea Aboriginal Head Start Daycare, Kwanlin Dun First Nation
Whitehorse, Yukon Territory

Kismet Lowrie has worked as a fashion model, bartender and customer service representative. But she found her true calling when she discovered she had a talent for working with children.
